Evaluating the Sustainable Development of the Semiconductor Industry Using BWM and Fuzzy TOPSIS

In recent years, the advancement of electronic technology has been driving a boom in semiconductor industry worldwide. When implementing business activities, those involved strive to pursue balanced development economy, society, environment, and ecology. Our proposed model provides systematic analysis process help conduct comprehensive evaluation determine priorities industry’s pursuit sustainable development. model, we weights criteria using Best Worst Method, which overcomes shortcomings AHP. Meanwhile, incorporate concept aspiration level optimize fuzzy TOPSIS technique. The results reveal that two most important are green resource integration pollution-discharge treatment for industry. traditional method, is considered expected value, leading decision-maker believe no improvement required treatment. this study can overcome abovementioned shortcoming offer more reliable managerial implications.
